They are really heavy cars. Great highway potential. I had a 3rd gen turbo that was pretty quick.

Im tired of the doomsday auto industry collapse people at work. I hear stupid ideas and theories all day everyday. "What if we, a local saturn dealership, donate money?" was the winner yesterday. I dont think a bail out will help anything. Edit: I'm glad they failed to pass this. fucking union not agreeing on wage cuts to save the company that employs them.

I think that using a late 80s yj would be better for sake of the extra weight of the diesel. They had leaf springs all the way around and I think it would be easier to modify the suspension to handle the weight by just replacing the leafs in the front with something that has a higher weight capacity.
