  1. I'd say between Stark and Noble County. East of 77. I saw that Michigan land also and the drive would suck but for the price if we leased it out while we weren't around than maybe. It's all gotta make sense and be convienent, location, future location. Prefer less than 1.5 hour drive from Canton or Carrollton really. If it's a deal i'd probably drive further. I need to talk to my neighbors after huntings over and see if they would sell what's connected to my 36acres. I know they are up there in age. I'd rather invest in land than the stock market. There is a large trend moving towards hunting leases. This isn't too shaby from looking at the ad. Could plant some groups of trees here and there et ceter. Good coyote hunting i'd think. The other lot for sale on the top left must be connect to it. Pines suck for hunting though. Add them together say $52,500 for 39.97 acres I'd be in on a split or more. If you look at the aerial photo it looks like it would appreciate in value but i'm not sure if the pins in the right spot. http://www.landwatch.com/default.aspx?ct=D&pid=21374734&mltmid=23111
  2. That's why if possible it's better to buy. It's an investment, a place to hunt and a source for income.
  3. as a male prostitute, if you wouldn't service a man would that would be unlawful discrimination? This could be very bad.

  5. I'd prefer to own and then have the option to sell.
  6. It's kinda hard to hunt on 5 acres. unless you like sitting. I'm very interested in buying land with people who do not want to build on it. aka hunting property.
  7. lol.. I don't know? They still play basketball in high tops? I don't watch sports i'm the wrong guy to ask.

  14. I've thought about it and I have lots of firewood at my disposal but I can't find a good spot to put it that makes sense.
  15. You could tell her not to contact you using any of your telecommunication devices. Tell her once, record it or send her a certified letter stating this. The next time she faxes, texts or calls have proof and call the cops. They have to arrest her. You might have to explain it to the cops but it's the law she would go to jail. It would send a message of leave me the hell alone without getting all crazy about it. I'll see if I can find the ORC that dictates this. This is advice from a VERY savy attorney. I found it: Title 29 Crimes procedure Chapters 2911 to 2923 2917.21 Telecommunications harassment read (a) and (5) and (b) and (3) misdemeanor of the 1st degree on the first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense. P.S. she could still stop by for "nookie" but she can't call you or text or email or fax:D na really this is sad, stressful stuff, I hope it ends soon for you.
  16. chicken, two pops, Mcd's and a heater.
  17. Damn..You ever try and pipe your clothes dryers exhaust into your house? If you use the right softner it's like a big ass fresh scent heater, humidifier. Just don't have any guns hanging on the wall or they will rust. ;-)
  18. Yes concerning a heat pump. I'm just a tight wad. Maybe this spring or summer. But then it's warm and I don't think about it. But in the middle of winter I think i'll pay out my woo hoo. I'm hoping for a heat pump and central air.
  19. My 2 home depot electric space heaters currently heat my 2 story farm house a lot cheaper than the fuel oil furnace I have. I don't even run it anymore. It was like $1500 to fill a tank and a half. It's about an extra $100 a month during the winter months on my electric bill so my "heating" expenses are about $500 for the year. We'll see if this Heat Smart heater lessons the bill even more. This is the one i've had for about 4 years. Only problem is if the power goes off you have to turn it back on and reset.
