You are right, I was talking about the field vest. It's a great addition to an armored jacket. Head and spine are the 2 most important things that need protected. I dont think the back armor in most jackets is sufficient protection.

Smart ass That's 99 busa on the .org. He's from Indy. Didn't ride with Randy except for on the Hellbender the first day down there. Was thinking, Deals Gap and Gatlinburg are the only 2 places I've been outside of OH without you.

Not heavy or hot. Got it because for the extra protection on the spine. My leather jacket has great armor on the arms and shoulders but pathetic spine. Gear isn't as hot as you might think. It will actually keep your body temp lower than riding in just a t shirt.

Absolutely nothing. I've got 3 pair of the jeans, the field armor boots, leg armor and the field armor vest. All work well and are very comfortable
