  1. My friend and I were taking our 600's there last year just to mess around on the track, and it was a lot of fun. $15 bucks and you got to ride until it got dark. The only thing we were required to have was a helmet. They don't inspect the bikes or anything

    Madison in 2003. Names Andrew
  4. I had read about this on other forums also, but I remember that the 1000 headers are a bit different, and at the point where they exit the fairings, I have seen pics of melted fairings, as the header has a different angle, or is a bit larger. The 1000 headers are titanium, at least for the 05-06 anyway, so you would get some weight savings there. I wouldn't think you would get an HP gain, but you could. Depending on if you get any gains at all, it could require a remap if you have a power commander

Where in Mansfield? I am originally from the field.
  6. If you throw a cat out the window, is it kitty litter?
  7. Just take after that dude. Your post count will be close to 853,174 by next week
  8. Most dealers are willing to help if you just reach out to them. That's exactly what I did for BMW
  9. Not to be a dick but I remember in your "smoke" thread you were revving the bike to redline. I don't think that is babying your bike. It sounds like the person that had it before you didn't properly care for the bike, and with it sitting at that shop for 6 months likely didn't help any. If you tare that bitch apart, make sure you know what you, and more importantly, your buddies are dong. Label EVERYTHING.
  10. You roll almost crossing a double yellow line?
  11. I have to agree with wrillo. The dude didn't make a comment like, "do you know who I am" or anything of that nature, or at least according to this article. Now if he had two dead hookers in the trunk, and a pound of coke on the dash board, while speeding at 136 MPH, and asked why he was being pulled over, and then made the comment, "do you know who I am" then I would think he thought he was above the law.
  12. I don't know shit about guns, but the Sig looks bad ass.
  13. I know a Kate that was a tall blonde, but she actually left a few months ago. Oddly enough, new people were hired in, and others were laid off (I can't really go into details). I don't think I had the chance to meet Kate, but would probably recognize the face.
  14. Brian tuned my bike last season, and did a hell of a job. I recommend him to anyone who needs tuning work done
  15. Ousley, dude I know what they did to you was shitty. I must say I expected more from BMW considering they preach courtesy, and all that shit. They did thank me for my contributions to the department before they escorted me out. Anyway, I worked in customer relations for BMW of NA, so I basically was a go between, between the customer and the dealer, and we tried to offer assistance to customer's even if their warranty had expired. I potentially have two jobs lined up, but the one has AT LEAST a 25% pay decrease. Oh well I guess, a 25% decrease is better than a 100% decrease. Aaron, yeah I worked at the FS building by Tuttle. I remember when I first started there and I saw you in the round abouts that one day, but I haven't seen you since.
  16. So I went in to work today, and walked out half an hour later unemployed. Anyone know of any places hiring? What a shitty day
  17. ^ I'll third that. I think that if drugs ever were legalized, random drug testing should be required for employers that way it is a, "do it at your own risk" sort of thing. I don't know what the legalities would look like with this thought process, but the details could be worked out. There does need to be limitation put on this idea of legalization, but I think over all, it's a good idea. It's sad that we have to think about the government stepping in and producing/distributing drugs to put drug dealers out of business, or at least, slow their profit stream.
  18. Next time I hit some gravel I'm going to sue ODOT, they KNEW that gravel was there, and it kept coming back, so I feel they were negligent, and I refuse to put up with their negligence any longer. WTF?
  19. This will just lead to more frivolous spending in an attempt to STOP drugs ONCE AND FOR ALL. HAHA, that's a joke. We should legalize most of the shit, tax the f*ck out of it, and guess what, no more national debt after just a few years. On top of that, the US government gets the money, instead of drug dealers, and scum like this f*ckin beaner. No more people being killed in drug deals gone bad. I think it is a very radical idea, but obviously the "war" isn't working.
  20. I just got back from California last night, and as soon as I stepped off the plane at Chicago, I wondered why the hell I still live in this part of the country. The temp wasn't too bad until this morning. Fuck Ohio, I want to head to California, permanently
  21. I think talon is blowing this shit out of proportion. Lets make a fucking law that says people that dont like dumb laws can't sit and bitch and piss and moan over the internet about the dumb laws, that obiously isn't that dumb in the first place. Go somewhere else with your arguement, and stop bringing up the fucking economy, CNN, Fox, MSN, MSNBC, etc do a good job of throwing that in our faces every single day, we don't need someone else doing it even more. Unless of course it is made into a law
  22. It really does make sense, but does seem quite extreme. I guess that have to get their point across somehow...
