it should work then this time if it took longer. i usually go in 1/4 turns from a finger tight start point

you wnat it to red light with 3 lights the first time and leave it on till it goes to 2 lights (should take a few mins) with out the fan on. then plug the fan in and see if it works. repeat till it works

yeah its all about the torque, u didnt plug the fan in when u rebaked it did u?

i dont mess with any rings or clamps i take everything out and install bolts,nutz and washers. i have only had one that i couldnt get fixed so far and that board was so warped it was crazy, he said he had done the towel trick to it once or twice before so im pretty sure thats why i couldnt get it fixed. my method cost about $2.50 to fix them...
