I like the color scheme on the bike, I was actually looking at those when I bought mine, but found out the insurance was cheaper for the older R1 so I bought it. Oh BTW welcome.

I saw two of them the weekend before last and when I saw the first one, I was like WTF is that, then the second, hhhmmmmm must be something new, and now I know.

It was a good friend of mine that bought the M3 earlier this year. Upon buying it he found some issues with the transmission, he took it back to Lindsay Acura and they kept it for a week and said that nothing was wrong with it. May I add that he is a technician for Toyota. He disagreed and took it to Kelly BMW, they kept it for two weeks and said that there was indeed an internal issue with the transmission. Lindsay didn't want to pay to have it replaced so I guess he went to the BBB and they ended up buying the car back from him like a month later.

You can get a carbed R1 for a little more, mine ran a low 11 as is with only a pipe and it definitely has more in it.

Just thinking, did you spin the motor to see the cylinder walls?
