Nevermind....Sold Already. Its a 98 I think looking at the Date code on front.....I was unawre they were different. School me for future reference.

Title Says it....Currently bored for a 3.905 piston and the crank will need turned, has worn bearings. No Covers come with this, This is Block, Crank, Main Caps and hardware. Crank has bee rebalanced for aftermarket pistons and Rods, and they didnt do what I would call a good job on filler material. Not sure iif this makes the crank wirth using, but if not, I will offset the cost for an unusable crank anss I will keep it for a future project. Located in Dayton, Pickup only. Not to stray off topic, but I want best buy to install a remote start on my '06 Chevy 2500 DMAx and I'm afraid to let them touch it because of stories like this. I'm from Dayton and I don't know any guys here at the best buys to do it, but I'd gladly take it to Columbus an have it done if someone would tell me where to go and which guy to have do it. YOu can tape it up....and leave it, or pull it from the board at the furnace for now if you dont need to run the cooling or fan from the main stat until you can get them back and install isolating relays. Still not sure why its doing it, but Like I said, Ive seen wierder stuff. If you want you can make it even easier and just pull the white wire off the the Y terminal on the furnace leaving the yellow, that wire wont be energized ever, and everything will function properly with the exception of you killing the control to the AC unit.....Its 25* out....so right now who really cares right.

i was going there....I can tell you how to do that, but you dont have what you need there I am sure. It shouldnt backfeed though...but I have seen more interesting things. You dont usually wire to Tstats to one furnace....so this is definately a different application. Pull the G wire going back to the main stat for now and see if it stops the AC, if so then yes you need to isolate the two circuits.

Ok...Thats fine....Its a Simple blower relay off a Temp switch somewhere. can you pop your original T stat loose and see the wires. SOmething is up wierd here. I see no reason why your AC is coming on.

Something on your original stat is making the AC come on looking at the wires, there is no way the new stats orange or blue wire is causing this. I dont see how the ARGO could either as it goes from the R and to the G....Thatg seems odd there as both of those points are a 24V Hot source depending on what state things are in.

Explain to me the function of this "ARGO" relay, what controls it, and what is hooked up on it.

you really need to get a picture farther back of the wiring so we can see whats going on, try to group wires with the respective sheath

Im not sure How the New stat can call for the AC at all......Its not got any control over it.

it is a royal cluterfuck....That why I need a shot farther back to decipher WTF is going where. too many duplicate colors. No matter, they guys still an idiot, because if I understand him right, he needs the "W" hooked up at the stat...Most stats dont send a signal out on "G" for a call for heat....only for cooling and Fan "ON".....so thats why it wouldnt come on when it got too cold.

Whats wierd to me is that there is 3 wires on G.....Why. Only two stat....should only be two wires.
