I was the same way with guinness - never a big fan but the one in Dublin was amazing. Tried it again when I got home and it still tasted like shit. And while I was in Europe I spent a week in Amsterdam. Highly recommended

It is much better. I was in Dublin last year and had a glass of Guinness at the brewery and it was awesome. I've never been a big fan of guinness but that was one of the best pints I've ever had.

You make shit money prepping food. Waiting tables on the other hand isn't too bad. I was a server/bartender for a long time and made decent money. Just gotta find the right place that is willing to work with your schedule. And hire someone without foodservice experience (I'm just assuming you don't have any - correct me if I'm wrong).

Yeah I haven't heard great things about manuel either. Never been there myself so this isn't from personal experience, just things I've heard from a few people. If you're in NEO, definitely go to Pauly. He does great work and is very reasonable. As an aside, I didn't know Hammad did motorcycle tires but I've had tires put on multiple cars there and they've always done right by me.
