  1. thanks guys, I'm on the work out more train already. It's just something to help out, do you take protein when working out?? It's not just for losing weight, that's just one line and something that a lot of people are interested in. Most people do need something to help jump start them to eating right and working out more. This just helps it along. Anyways I'll shut up now

  2. So my wife and I recent invested in Advocare after seeing some amazing results with family members. My brother did the 24 day challenge and dropped 24lbs. The products offered are part of the Informed choice in which Advocare pays to have their products tested to make sure that it contains no substances on any ban list.

All of the members of my family and my wifes family have lost weight and inches after doing the 24 day challenge. And they also did it in a safe way that isn't yo-yo dieting or just not eating. The products are full of the vitamins most people are missing from their diet.

There are multiple lines for different people whether it be weight loss, energy, muscle building, or recovering after surgery or joint repair.

I'm just throwing this on here because I would like to offer some of these great products to people I know after seeing some great results with the performance elite line.

If you want to know more about the products you can visit the site

( www.advocare.com/10122424 ) or you can call me or my wife at 937-938-8090 or email at couch_33@hotmail.com or jcouch11@hotmail.com

I know this sounds like a gimmic which I understand, So if you have questions don't hesitate to ask. I will answering everything to the best of my abilities.

  3. I'll go ahead and let you champs deal with the babies for now, the last thing anyone around here needs is another me running around.....

and nice car Matt, I didn't realize it was you until you passed me again going up Research. Was that your normal work schedule, or just some extra hours?

Yeah my normal hours tues-sat 11:30pm to 8am. I was wondering who honked at me. Nice to know it was a friend and not an asshat, I was trying to figure out what I did to piss the person off.

My car died about a month ago so it was time to get a baby safe car. One with airbags and what not.

  4. metal H20 bottle, desk phone, lots of pens, keyboard, mouse, 2 monitors, desk, chair, cabinet, windex, coffee mug, lots of cables, high voltage power cable, and papers

I'm in a locked room though with few windows, and I wonder if they could find me under the datacenter floor and if the cold AC would slow them down.

  5. well, we lost Dustin, i don't know if Matt still rides during normal hours because of his funky work schedule, i never really hear about Brad being on the site much anymore, and Danielle, well....

so most of the core of the original group is out these days.

Yes I still ride normal hours.... sometimes. Brad is waiting for his wife to pop. If someone wants to get a ride together, great. Jarvis you still riding these days? And dustin... yeah congrats on the job. You could always come up here for a thursday ride visit.

  6. I laugh when I hear the surprise in peoples voice about people lane splitting at high speeds and being wreckless on Ohio roads. I'm NOT saying it's right but having been in California-stan for work a few years back you see some REALLY crazy shit! I suppose it is slowly moving this way and we can expect to see more and more of it.

On another note, don't take the law into your own hands by trying to scare or swerve into someone driving like this. YOU are making yourself liable for wreckless opp or worse yet Vehicular Homicide should you cause them to wreck and they die.

AMA still states that lane splitting is not covered under Ohio laws, but also says' that it can be considered wreckless operation. I Do lane split at times when doing so allows me to get away from a bad situation. Nothing like being trapped behind a blue hair who won't pass an 18wheeler with 15 mad driver pilling up behind you. In cases like that I'd rather risk a ticket than become a smear on the road.:D

Come on, we all know the worst you get for killing someone on two wheels is a fine :nono:. Maybe a stern look too.

  7. There was... I happened to notice the stop ahead sign and sat up just before I saw someone (ExtremeF4i maybe) waving his arms for all of us to slow down because there was an accident ahead.

Yeah I got off my bike and started walking back to try and slow everyone down. I didn't want anyone to have the same thing happen or hit someone that was already stopped. There was a sign for the stop but not all that far from the actual stop itself... http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&layer=c&cbll=39.574201,-83.967738&panoid=IpFW39WouBfgTJM4r54c1A&cbp=13,81.98,,0,3.13&source=embed&ll=39.574006,-83.947477&spn=0.000265,0.077162&z=14

    Suntorn glad you're doing ok.

  8. Yeah Thanks to Fusion and UP for keeping everything together. I loved seeing the baby fly by. Yeah I tagged someone at a stop, like said before stopped for no reason didn't react quick enough. No damage except his rear signal but It looked like he can just pop it back on.

Was a hell of a fun ride decent pace in the middle and fun up front, I'm glad I stayed up after work. I crash when I got home though and slept till 11 and I'm back at work. Nice to meet new faces and rides. Suntorn hope you heal quickly. Granda glad to see you found your way home.

  9. You ready to terrorize the Tour De France?

Tell him to watch out for the bicyclists throwing water bottles at his Ducati this time. I still can't believe those assholes did that!

So were not trying to avoid the tour this year. I'll bring a spare brick to throw back. See everyone tomorrow.
