I know they can make custom brake lines. I have no idea if they could do an AC line. But it would be worth a shot.

Looking for a recommendation for a shop to look over my car.

I have some valvetrain noise that I think is a problem.

This is for my 69 Camaro with a small block 383.

I have already tried Lucore and they were a month out for scheduling cars to be seen.

Newer Lexus IS's have THE TINIEST back seats...

 

I didn't think about the newer, Chattanooga-built Passats. Those are HUGE interiors and have been out for a few years now so should be cheap in the aftermarket.

I test drove one and didn't think the back seat was that bad. Of course I am comparing it to a 2011 Camaro, so I might be biased.

Would a Lexus IS250 fit your needs?

No idea if the older ones fit your price ranges..

No ideas on modding them.

I don't think that is true for stock cars.

I owned 2 '02 WRXs for many many years and never had any issues with the transmissions.

I didn't modify the cars, but I wasn't super easy on them. They held up just fine.
