i got screwed over the EXACT same way on at atv........I wish now i would have walked away from it i never did get a title just a cert. of origin.....ended up parting out the quad because nobody wanted it w/out the title. you should go back and demand your money back or else you report him for tax evasion.

i WAS paying $700 for full coverage w/progressive with the r6....haven't got the bill for this year yet but its going to be atleast $1k with all the points i racked up on my record. keep in mind that includes $25k health coverage

verrrry tempting.......if i were to get another bike my first choice is a 675, second is a 750. Not sure if i could lower my self to ride a gixxer though. if the guy coming to look at my bike tomorrow buys it i just might give ya a call.

well i rode a r1 for the first time last week, and i DID enjoy have unlimited power clear thru the rpm's.......even in high gears. And there's nothing like breaking a tire loose at 80mph. It felt a little bulky compared to r6 but not a HUGE diff Imho. now all i need is the power of a 1000 in the body & weight of a 600!!

yesterday (sunday) a buddy brought over a 02 r1 w/3500 miles @$3000 that he was test driving (hella good deal)....took it around the block. Let me tell ya a litre bike w/cold tires and cold road breaks loose quite easily lol it was COLD but worth it.
