  1. 1. Right click "My computer" and choose "Properties"

    2. Click "hardware" tab, click "device manager" button.

    3. Expand "network adapters" and right click your wireless adapter, then choose "properties"

    4. Click the "power management" tab, deselect "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

    5. Click Ok.

  2. What OS? You should disallow the device from turning off to save power, this might do the trick.

I can give you more detailed directions if you tell me the operating system, but basically open the properties of the wireless NIC in the device manager. On the power management tab there should be a checkbox for "allow the computer to turn this device off to save power"

Is the laptop actually going into sleep mode? If so you could adjust your power settings to wait longer until sleep.

  3. High quality Oak, custom made. Both are in decent condition, some scratches and chunks of wood missing but nothing the kids will care about. Most of the damage is from/covered by the rail pad.

Both have heaters and mattresses. One mattress is like new, the other could stand to be replaced. More details and pics to come if any interest.

  4. There's two twisted copper wires buried beneath all the insulation in RCA cables. Probably need to use a box knife to cut through the shielding. Put something under your work area so you don't slip and slice your carpet. The end product will look shitty but it should work.
  5. Indeed, I can appreciate that as well. I was always watchful of that myself.

    good looking out though...

Where is the base cracked at? Can it be fixed? Pics of the crack (the gun cabinet, not yours...lol)?

1st pic, left side bottom is the best shot I have of it. Its like the cabinet broke free of the molding. I didn't flip the thing over to get a good look underneath, I actually only noticed once I was done taking pictures. Depending on how pretty you want it, I'm sure you could run a couple screws into it or glue a strip on the inside of the molding to hold up the cabinet.

  6. Fair condition, real wood. Its dirty and has some scratches/scuffs/etc. Good for holding guns, not to put in the formal living room.

Part of the base is cracked so the entire case leans back. Not a problem since the wall holds it up.

$60 obo pick up near marysville
