Sweet, thanks! If for some reason people prefer the Westin we'll need 10 rooms, otherwise Sheraton is a free-for-all! (not free, but up to everyone for their own room). We can organize it to have rooms close together though.

PRICE UPDATE: $95 per MotoGP ticket!!! I just got the invoice from IMS and called to double check - $95 per person! yes, but please hold up until we get the group established so we can count you as part of our group.

Also, it sounds like if we choose Westin, people will pay the hotel separately and should be able to use whatever points they have and still count toward our room requirement.

We have a rate of $139 for Sheraton City Center thanks to Eric (Earache) as well as the Westin BUT we need to decide as a group by March 31 which one because there is a minimum of 10 rooms for the rate.

June 25th however many tents you can fit in a 20x20 space + your car. If you want to fit 2 tents on one campsite, then you just need one. Let me know.

Can anyone recommend a hotel? I think I saw a thread about some hotels for IMS but i can't find it

I've never been and I don't know what's what. I'm just going off of recommendations. IMS doesn't offer any discounts on camping so we might be just as well getting a hotel, it's just whatever the majority wants. I assumed there would be tail gating all night long at the campgrounds but I've never been.

True. I just didnt want 100 threads going. I'll start my own. $105 was for J stand or for E stand. I'm waiting for the actual seats.

I don't want to jack someone else's group buy thread until people support it (then I'll make my own or Casper can break this off into a new one) OK - 25 seats reserved in E section under the covered section. 3 or 4 campsite reserved too, but the camp sites aren't assigned. If we want to be next to each other, we have to arrive at the same time. If people are interested in a hotel instead, I can see what I can do for you. $105 per ticket (3 day admission, 10% off coupon, souvenir bag, lap around track if you bring bike and motorcycle parking) $50 per campsite

I asked them about that and they said there is limited covered seating. The Tower Terrace is covered and is general admission and no reserved seating. If we get J seats, we can have our reserved seats as well as access to the Tower Terrace. Also, according to them, none covered seating has good views unless you move up to a penthouse type deal.
