  1. I hesitated to post this, simply because of what the format turned out to be, but eh... it's up to you if you participate (I personally will not be)... The Details: Saturday, September 20, 2014 Ride for Wings Poker run Starts at the Wet Spot Bar in Caledonia Ohio I don't have the dollar amounts, but it will be something like $25 per single, $30 with passenger. This will be a fairly typical poker run, with the pirates and booze. **ALL Proceed will directly benefit Wings of An Angel in Marion Ohio. The Story: Wings of an Angel helps children with special needs receive the therapies, services and equipment that are beneficial to their journey in life. The purpose and drive for Wings of an Angel comes from the personal experience with our angel in Heaven who benefited from such therapies and services. Experiencing firsthand the positive impact to families drives us to advocate for the children. I can personally attest to the "epic wonderfull-ness" of this organization.. even though it is still in its infancy. It was my ex brother in law who was the in home caretaker for a wonderful disabled boy, who saw what stresses were bore by the parents because of the lack of localized care, and financial assistance for special needs, and disabled children. Though that Child passed, his legacy is, indeed, carried on by his parents, who have struggled to start this organization for a few years now.
