Got a great deal on it. Also picked up a 1973 Ithaca model 37 featherweight Deer Slayer at a coin auction Thursday. Already have one that belonged to my dad. I got the stock all scratched up on a hunting trip when I was young and decided to have it redone so he didn't kill me. Had it refinished and parkerized. I'll never forget the look of disappointment on his face when I returned it to him all refinished. It looks great, but i didnt know at the time that it would loose value when I had it refinished. Anyway, when I saw this one, I had to have it. Got it cheap.
