Big Chief201
My wife and I are in contract to buy a house in German Village. Can anyone recommend me a home inspector that specializes in old homes? This one was built in 1920.
Pyromancy5
Ours does not specialize in old homes per se. She knows pretty much all the neighborhoods in Columbus. She has a bachelors and masters in engineering, and 20 years of experience inspecting homes. She really knows her stuff, and I can recommend her enough. Tell her I sent you.Dina Ketz with Procheck Engineering is a good friend of ours. She inspected 2 homes for us, we purchased the second. She saved us from buying a money pit on the first one. The garage foundation was separating from the wall and she told us to walk away from it.http://www.procheckeng.com/ Edited March 26, 2013 by Pyromancy5
