gen3flygirl
Does anyone have any moving boxes they are no longer using or have the boxes that paper comes in? The ones we get at work are amazing for moving but everyone always takes them before I can snag them.
madcat6183
Where do you live in Cbus? When we were boxing up our house I drove on the cut through behind like old navy, Ulta, kroger, from Chase Polaris to I71, and the stores have boxes in cardboard only bins daily. I probably took 100 super nice boxes, they were all cut, folded flat, and nice. FREE.Drive behind some large strip malls with nicer stores, I know that Five Below store had super nice and perfect sized boxes for moving, so did World Market. I am not to good for saving cash from getting boxes from a cardboard only bin as they get fined a TON if there is trash in there.
ohiomike
Check with some of the large moving companies. They quite often sell used moving boxes and those babies are very heavy. The even have large standup garment boxes you can hang stuff in.
Jst2fst
Check out a local moving company called Planes Moving & Storage. When I worked at their corporate location in Cincinnati they use to give away used boxes an they were not trash so were even still new or in good used condition. They have a local hub in Columbus just my .02 cents
flounder
Go to united van lines. Tell them you are moving and would like to get some used moving boxes. Usually they are free. Thats what I do.
