undr_psi
For thoes of you that have mid-o track days under your belt..how does the tech inspection for a first time novice rider go? The only small I have is I have a small "flat spot" in both wheels. They don't cause any vibration or anything at any speed and have been there since I got the bike 2 years ago. They appear to be completely cosmetic. Would this fail a tech inspection? I don't want to pay for a track day and fail my inspection and be out the money. Thanks for your input. Helmutt
I wouldn't think it would fail because of that. Novice tech inspect is more good tire life/condition, fluid leaks, loose body panels, and I believe they want tape on any wheel weights, lenses/glass ( preferably mirrors removed )Intermediate/Advanced tech is more in depth
blue03636
I would be surprised if it was even noticed. I ran one with a chunk missing with no issues. Edited May 28, 2013 by blue03636
donkason
Some of the guys are more thorough than others. As long as you have descent tread left you should be fine.
