ScubaCinci
I'm in the process of having a house built and a friend of mine recommended using Kerapoxy grout for the tile due to the longevity and stain-resistance. It's expensive and a little more challenging to install (from what I've read). The tile guy my builder uses recommends using TEC Powergrout instead. What I've been able to discern online is that Powergrout is pretty decent but probably doesn't match Kerapoxy for the performance mentioned. I have quite a bit of tile going in the house so it's a pretty big deal for me. Anyone have experience with either or both and have some feedback? *EDIT* attached is a pic of said house...can't wait until it's done. KZ900
Epoxy grout is very tough to clean up. If you get it on anything you have to clean it immediately. Make sure whoever does the job has used it before.
ScubaCinci
Thanks...I haven't heard back if he's actually used it before or not but after reading a lot about it, that was one of my concerns.
zx3vfr
Just use dark grout. No sealing required

Gixxus Christ!
Dark grout and some sealer. Did a travertine backsplash in my kitchen a few years ago, still looks fantastic.
ScubaCinci
I have a lot of tile going in the house...I can't put dark grout everywhere nor will it work with the tile we have chosen. We have some darker shades, but nothing really dark. Besides, I want to be able to resist stains, water, etc not hide them.
