OsuMj
Anyone else feel like this is a big rights violation? I don't know much about nontraditional body art, but as a general rule, if i want to do something with my body and its not hurting anyone else, the goverment can suck it. Even if this did become a law, I highly doubt they are going to prevent anyone from doing this. http://www.altpress.com/news/entry/arkansas_senate_passes_bill_to_ban_certain_tattoo_procedures_nontraditional http://www.fox16.com/mostpopular/story/Senate-Passes-Bill-to-Ban-Certain-Tattoos-Body/4i2Hk2OjXkK5ScwF-h-0Vw.cspx Edited August 21, 2013 by OsuMj

Medina
If someone wants to ink from stem to stern, go for it.regulate the so called tattoo artists, but if someone thinks...some of the face tats I've seen..but I digress, up to the individual within bounds of age, I dont think anyone under 18 should get one- good lord, otherwise...I'm sure I'd still own some GREAT ideas I had when I was
