redkow97
At least Australia is speaking from a position of experience. I'm not suggesting that their policy is good, but it has been effective; at least for them.
Casper
At least Australia is speaking from a position of experience.I'm not suggesting that their policy is good, but it has been effective; at least for them. I guess you have to define effective. Homicides and armed robberies are down roughly 10% since 1990. That's good. Sweet. However, assaults are up 40% and sexual assaults up 20% in the same timeframe. I'm not so sure I'd call that good policy.

baptizo
Figures the Aussie blowhard would blame it on guns and not the subculture that created these three killers.
