RidersDiscount
As the old race saying goes, “rubbin’s racin’.” Unfortunately, the risks associated with a little on-track rubbing are naturally going to be a a lot greater on a bike than in a car. One possible outcome of a little contact in the wrong place is accidental pressure on the brake lever, which can cause a pretty nasty outcome. Luckily, this type of crash can be easily prevented with the addition of a Woodcraft Hand Guard. Woodcraft Hand Guards are made from a combination tough 6061-T6 aluminum at the mounting end, and a special plastic that is strong enough to absorb the necessary impact energy, but not so rigid that they splinter in a crash. They are designed to easily mount to any 7/8” handlebar and are adjustable to fit around levers of any size. The patent-pending Woodcraft design also features a 30-degree downward angle that keeps them from interfering with your hands.
