In 1998 The APA issued a report claiming “that the ‘negative potential’ of adult sex with children was ‘overstated’ and that ‘the vast majority of both men and women reported no negative sexual effects from childhood sexual abuse experiences.”

Pedophilia has already been granted protected status by the Federal Government. The Matthew Shephard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act lists “sexual orientation” as a protected class; however, it does not define the term.

You would think they wanted to fix that loophole, right? No.

Doesn't surprise me at all that Libs would want to protect something like that. 

 

Pedo's deserve what the parents of their victims choose to do.  Most parents I know including myself, are willing to risk all to protect their children.

Here's what your rag didn't explain to you: they are just talking about labeling someone who has the sexual desire for children as a sexual orientation. Not people who act upon it. There's a big difference. Fucking kids is still illegal. Thinking about it is not. That's the distinction they are drawing.

Impulse control is the deciding factor here. There are people out there who have homosexual urges but have never acted on them. There are people with all types of urges that don't act on them.
