Each toe features replaceable stainless steel slider and durable shift pad. You can also see the amount of perforation that is present throughout the upper. A shock absorbing heel cup fully encompasses the rear of the foot. This is linked to the ankle and shin guard in order to help reduce strain on the ankle joint in the event of a crash.
