snot Posted July 2, 2014 Report Share Posted July 2, 2014 http://m.whio.com/news/news/local/one-dead-motorcycle-crash/ngXng/The Miami County Sheriff's office identified the victim of an early morning motorcycle crash as 24-year-old Joseph Stanley of Piqua.According to deputies, the driver of a pickup truck drove in to the path of the motorcycle at the intersection of Ohio 66 and Miami Shelby Road.The driver of the pickup has been identified as James P. Westfall Jr., 58, of Bradford. He was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.A portion of Ohio 66 in Shelby County was shutdown for a short time this morning while investigators cleared the crash scene.Deputies said the victim was not wearing a helmet. Westfall has not been cited in the crash; it remains under investigation.There was a sign reading look twice save a life at the intersection of the deadly crash.
