jbot
sorry to hear about the ass ache. diamonds are the worst. i'd look at your diamond certification paperwork and list the clarity, color, blah blah blah on there on your ads. it will help with selling it. i regret not buying my wife's diamond used. it's not like they wear out or something. owndjoo
Hence everything being sold??yep. I let myself get backed into a financial spot with all of it. Much easier to just sell everything and pay it off and start fresh. I'm also looking for a roommate! lol Edited October 24, 2014 by owndjoo

Sorry to hear though for sure.

redkow97
I actually admire people with the guys to call off a wedding. It's a lot easier to just get married to save face. One of my friends was married a whole 11 months before his wife split. He got lucky, and their dissolution of marriage went relatively smoothly. Still destroyed his savings, but not as badly as a divorce would have...
zx3vfr
Buy shit that holds value and hide it and hide it well. ie: $100 bucks worth of silver every month is pretty easy to sneak by. You can always sell your bike for lawyer retainer and first and last months rent but if you stash away something that holds value you'll be golden.
