Fit is true to size with an intermediate oval shell shape. The interior is super comfortable and vents well in both a tuck or upright position. Inside you'll find their "Cool-Core" removable, washable, moisture wicking liner. Put this helmet on and you'll notice right away how comfortable it feels. Event though this is helmet is listed under $200, it feels like a top shelf $500+ helmet. Ventilation is very good as well with two chimney intakes and a large venturi exhaust out the back.
