I lade about 20,000 square-foot of that stuff last year all you need is a utility knife and a jigsaw stuff now days doesn't even need underlayment but shit does not last as long as wood or tile scratches easy if you have ghetto ass appliance guys

I went with LVT (luxury Vinyl tile) i did the adhesive backed stuff from menards.. only thing i would do different is i would buy the non adhesive backed stuff so i could glue it down myself.. ended up having to use a heatgun and heat each piece individually then roll it down with a 100# roller.. its groutable and looks just like ceramic. the nice part is it is warmer than ceramic and still waterproof plus it has some flex in the tile and in the grout so moving floors (mine is over a crawl space) isnt a problem.
