RidersDiscount
Firstgear 37.5 Kilimanjaro Jacket New for 2016, the Firstgear 37.5 Kilimanjaro Jacket is a complete overhaul of the previous version. The outer material is constructed of 420-denier nylon with a waterproof PTFE laminate. The Kilimanjaro's PTFE laminate features '37.5 advanced' technology to help your body maintain a comfortable 37.5 degrees Celsius. The shoulder vents on the Kilimanjaro have Velcro adjusters that allow you to customize how much air flows into the jacket. Large rear zippered vents allow air to flow through the jacket when open. MSRP $399.95 The collar is made out of flexible neoprene and has an adjustable 5-position snap closure. Two-way YKK zippers on the sleeves of this jacket can open to allow room for putting on riding gloves, be used as vents, or remain closed to block out water. There are also pockets on the sleeves to store small items such as your drivers license or a fast pass. Velcro adjusters on the cuffs, forearms, biceps, and even waist allow you to customize the fit of the Kilimanjaro. Chest and hand warmer pockets on the front of the jacket have waterproof zippers to protect your belongings. The jacket is also equipped with a waterproof rain hood that easily and neatly tucks into a pocket when not in use. Stretch material under the arms make it easier to move and more comfortable in the riding position. The interior is constructed of breathable mesh and has a waterproof inside pocket that is perfect for holding a heated gear controller or other personal items. The Kilimanjaro features D3O T5 CE Armor in the back, chest, shoulders, and elbows. D3O armor is extremely flexible, but upon impact the molecules lock together to absorb the energy rather than it transferring to your body. These protectors are adjustable thanks to hook & loop armor pocket bags, which allow you to find the perfect placement. Firstgear 37.5 Kilimanjaro Pants The 37.5 Kilimanjaro Pants are the latest addition to the Firstgear waterproof gear lineup. These pants have the same waterproof PTFE laminate and 37.5 advanced technology as the Kilimanjaro Jacket. The top of these pants have a snap and hook closure and rain gusset to ensure water doesn't get through. MSRP $299.95 Full length zippers are found on the side of both pant legs, allowing you to easily put on riding boots and access the D3O CE Armor in the knees and hips. The armor is adjustable thanks to Velcro panels, allowing you to find the the perfect placement. Heat resistant panels on the inside of the legs protect you from the heat of your motorcycle. The bottoms of the pant legs feature an extra layer with an elastic ankle to provide additional protection against water and other elements. A long piece of Velcro allows you to adjust the bottom of the pants over your boots. These pants also come with removable suspenders. ScubaCinci
I like FirstGear stuff because they are generously sized for us portly Americans. Most of their stuff usually runs a size larger than you would normally wear in street clothes. Do these seem to follow that sizing as well? I've noticed some of their stuff is more generous than others. On a side note, motorcyclegear.com usually does a little write up for each clothing item as to the fit compared to other brands or at least if they run true to size, small, etc. I find it immensely helpful and would probably be a good selling tool for you guys,.
