Be bad to find out you hit 19 cars with a value of approx. $10k apiece, and then only be covered for $100k in damages. Would serve the guy right, though. People who have such low coverage will most often be the least likeley to have any other assets with which to pay off the other cars. In layman's terms, everyone who got hit gets majorly shafted because the shithead doesn't have any insurance and is too lazy to get a real job, meaning he can't get any income meaning those people to whom he owes money never see a dime. That doesn't serve anyone right, because even putting him in jail would decrease the innocents' chances of ever getting financial compensation.
