Guest stvbreal
Did a few things here and there. Relocated the battery to the trunk, put catch-can in place of battery, drained refrigereant and removed some A/C lines (A/C compressor is next in line for removal), and got the headlights painted. May head over to the shop today and get it dyno'd/tuned again. Still detuned for emissions testing. Still put down 344AWHP and 350AWTRQ on 91 pump at 21psi with a cat. We'll put in some higher octane, swap the cat for a test-pipe, turn the boost up a tad and we should see some increase I would think. tongue.gif Here are some pics. I know, ghetto looking but the heavy dutty wire-ties are holding strong as hell. I'll hook something up nicer looking later. http://www.developersden.com/dump/batteryrelocated.jpghttp://www.developersden.com/dump/relocate1.jpghttp://www.developersden.com/dump/relocate2.jpghttp://www.developersden.com/dump/relocate3.jpg http://www.developersden.com/dump/newlights1.jpg http://www.developersden.com/dump/newlights2.jpg
Mallard
Nice. Get that battery into a battery box though. I may have one for sale since we can't use it on the GRM$2005 car.
Guest stvbreal
Battery relocation kit came with one but it's way too big. Let me know if it's available. If not I can fab something up.

Guest stvbreal
I think he did a great job on them. That's the last of the exterior stuff. Now back to the engine mods.
iwishiwascool
If you plan on racing at NTR, you will also need a kill switch that sticks out the back of the car in addition to an approved box. On my last trip there, they actually tested the switch to check if it worked. I doubt I will relocate my battery again. Far too much hassle. Mike C
Its a drycell battery. It doesn't need to be in a box to pass inspection.
