I live in the appartment with one other guy (we're both 20, 21 very soon) We're in our senior year of college so we will be doing a little less partying than normal, won't keep you up during the week. Appt features: (Olentangy Commons, 315 & Henderson) -2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse, finished basement -washer/dryer -A/C -dishwasher -private patio -basketball/tenis courts -24 hour fitness center -24 hour business center(computers w/internet) -nice pool and poolhouse -short ride to campus, mostly college kids -will be fully furnished except your room Rent would be about $300 plus 1/3 of electric, 1/3 cable, and 1/3 internet if you want it. Our electric bills average $80-90 in a larger 3 bedroom appartment. (we're moving to the 2 bedroom) We need someone to move in asap, you could even stay in the appt we're at now, we'll only be moving 2 doors down on the 13th. 2 jerks stuck us in a lease we can't get out of for another 12 months...post here or call me if interested. 614-226-1382.
