camaro vs. firebird intake setup 3rdgens of course(finished, notes on project......)

is it possible to install a 3rd gen camaro intake on a firebird or are they that different

THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT STYLES OF TPI INTAKES FOR THIS CAR 85-86 87-89 90-92. IF YOUR NOT RUNNING A TPI IT STILL DOESNT MATTER THEY ARE THE SAME CARS AND EVERYTHING CHANGES OVER. EXCEPT FOR THE INTAKE PIPING.

so the only structural thing i need to change would be the plate in front of the radiator? the turn signal lamps won't interfere and the nose follows the same lines?

 

yeah, i got that retarded intake that they used for the v6mpfi and the v8tpi but that box and all the angle changes just seem to be the most retarded intake i've ever seen, will the camaro intake provide better flow

structural differences, had to mod turn signal mounts, pretty much cut em out, so i'll have a little prob when i put the car back together, i cut the splashguards off the bottom so you can see the ground after you remove the air filters
