  1. Front right hub is probably bad causing your issue.
  2. That's a great source you're quoting. You are absolutely granted accrued vacation time in the state of ohio, unless a clear change has been provided by the employer. Source: Damion Clifford - Corporate Attorney Partner, Arnold and Associates.
  3. She was great to work with! I wish my outside camera had audio! Thank you all!
  4. Give her my cell 6148064497. So many bots and sales calls come through to the shop I gave up.
  5. You guys have to remember advertised % is for excellent credit. Just because you see that doesn't mean you'll get it.
  6. Columbus Motor Speedway was built for motorcycle racing. Cooper's main invester pulled out.
  7. Transmission fluid from the backside.
  8. Take it back to whoever painted it. 4 coats is excessive, unless theyre scared to blow some clear. Then its more like a normal 2 coats. Should have been done before it left. Like already stated, you'll play hell trying to cut and buff clear thats fully cured. I buff as soon as 2 hours after. Most of the time its next day if needed. Good luck!
  9. I own multiple Fusions, they do not have A/C problems. Its an Evaporator temp sensor.
  10. ENR transmission. Talk to Eli tell him I referred you.
  11. Larry did you get a hold of John? If you need that top scratch touched up let me know, Ill mix some paint.
  12. I took them to help me sleep. They work. But like stated results vary. I took a low does gummie. How many I took changed how I felt the next morning.
  13. You got it! Thank you, it was a pleasure to meet you. I had a lady call me today from CSCC asking for some info about referring students to me. We couldn't seem to connect, so I'll try again tomorrow. Is there a student outlet for this kind of thing?
  14. A lot of truth here, but I disagree a little. I can match paint to 99% with tinting if necessary. But that's if its necessary. Most of the time we have variances that get us to where the color needs to be. Metal and plastic show paint different because of how they cure. As stated the way paint is sprayed, ambient temperature and panel temperature can all affect the way paint lays and cures. The amount of reducer can change it. There is a lot more that will change it too, but I could go on forever. Blending clear is one of the easiest things I do almost every other day. If done correctly there is no visible detection after the fact. You need to get ahold of Sevan, Wasco, or Ohio Auto Color. Probably in that order. They can do a prophet on the paint and get a match. A prophetic match uses a camera look at the paint from multiple angles, and comes up with a good match.
  15. True Performance is a production shop. Just like the other 90% of the shops in Columbus. I am not. I have 13 cars that were dropped for this week. Production shops have 40-50 dropped for the week. Obviously, we're all here to make a living and the faster they go out the faster we get paid. But a production shop (I was trained in one) has one purpose, and that's to turn cars. I put out the best work I can given what is brought to me and what the customer wants to do and pay for. I try to run my shop efficiently. For example, I have a job that could have been completed today if the insurance company would have come out to write the car. The customer dropped today, I already had parts ordered Friday (bumper cover, rebar, absorber) and painted today. Could have installed after lunch and told the customer to pick up at end of the day. 16. Sounds good. Look forward to speaking with you.
  17. Give me a ring on my cell monday if you need anything. Even if you want advice or just questions, feel free.
  18. Lol. That's all I do. If I can help you out, I'd be glad to. If not, no big deal. Phone numbers are in the signature. Plenty of references here. I'm currently scheduled 2 weeks out.
  19. No one is perfect. Had a guy work for me for 5 years, that was from Achbach. After having fixed their work from members here, and a combination of his stories, I wouldn't recommend them if I was booked 3 months out.
  20. Sounds like you want to cut up the unibody frame. That is structural if your description is accurate. Ever done that before? No easy task. Good luck.
  21. Might not be higline enough but look uo Josh Schneider. Schneider Autowerks. Dudes the bomb for detailing!
  22. Wow talk to text and not proof reading sucks. Insurance wise, Im sure it could be done. Sign a waiver like any other business. The biggest probelm I see is wannabe mechanics who fail at fixing an issue and tie up a bay and can't pay.
  23. I thought about this years ago. I would set a shop up for its individual Bay access. If you are not done with your vehicle and it's not gone you get charged another day. I leased out space the two other businesses a few years ago. The question is what would somebody be willing to pay for shop space and a lift? Most people that wrench on their own cars have tools oh, they just might not have the space. To alleviate stolen or broken tools just create a rental tool program like advance and AutoZone.
