DrEvil3264
i know this is a car tech forum but im sure theres a lot of guys on here who are familiar with computers. I currently have a Radeon 9000 Pro, its a P4 2.53 ghz, 512 mb ram, 60 gig hard drive. My were swapping my 9000 in my buddies moms comp who has an X800 pro radeon. All she uses her comp for is email, so she doesint need it, or cares if we swap it. Will the 9000 plug right in her comp with out ne trouble or changing drivers or what not, and will the X800 work ok in my comp with out ne problems? thanks for the replys guys
Rally Pat
you should have no problems at all as long as you get the correct drivers for each installed, it also helps to complete delete the drivers of the old cards off of each computer
thorne
As long as it no PCIExpress and your agp. that could be a hang up but if there the same formfactor you should have no problems. If i rember right the drivers family is the same for the ATIs bTW x800 is a nice card gratz 3500 AMD64 1gig Ram 6800GT OC
