I've got power to lights and stuff and my engine is all mounted up but the altnernator (BODY HARNESS ON old car handled) is not wired in. anyone have any experince with doieng thi or can help me get diagrams for a 1989 altnernator (Mitches/alldata both dont have) I wanna get my 1995 Mustang LX 5.0 on the road smile.gif ITS close Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

stolen 5.0 Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 i think u could hook the positive side of the alternator(ring terminal) to the hot side of the starter soleniod which should be mounted behind ur battery on the drivers side.
