NWill Posted August 5, 2004 Author Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 I supposedly have a .5 bar spring. But it feels identical to the 1 bar spring I have and my car is boosting way over .5bar. Im trying to see if I was sent the wrong spring. So basically I wanted to put the .5 bar spring in someone elses car that could handle the boost, and see what it goes to. Guest mudbutt Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 do you have both ports of the gate hooked up? if you do that could be the problem. If you arent running an ebc, only hook up the port on the side. Otherwise it is hard to say. My boost stayed at what the setting was supposed to be(10psi) before I hooked up a boost controller.
