Doug1647545489
How about timing?
Guest rperry74
How many mile and what did it do when it stopped running? Anything strange, or did it just quit?
RadDawg
I'm with Doug - sounds like maybe the valve timing jumped - compression ain't no good if the valves are open when they shouldn't be. While you've got the front cover off, set it to TDC and see if the timing marks on the gears line up.
Dave1647545494
check timing and do a compression test...

stolen 5.0
exhaust cam jumped out 180 degrees. but none of the valves seem to be bent. as i put it back in time and it has compression. the belt doesn't seem to be stretched either, but the tensioner is fucked up some how. if anyone has a knowledge on these i would like to talk to them. call me or pm me with ur # please. thanks
