girlygirl18t Posted November 11, 2004 Report Share Posted November 11, 2004 "The Beaver Moon Rally" By NSCC The National Sports Cars Club presents a Fall Time/Speed/Distance (TSD) event on a Saturday evening for your driving and navigating pleasure. The rally covers approximately 120 miles and takes about 4 hours to complete. It uses the Tulip instruction format. All four-wheeled, roadworthy vehicles may participate. Two and only two occupants are permitted. All participants must wear seat belts. You will need a firm writing surface and a pen. A light source will also be helpful. A timepiece capable of being set to rally time is a must. Trophies will be awarded in all classes. There is a special class for Novice participants too. Starts & finishes at: Marion's Piazza 1320 N. Fairfield Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio. Directions: From Dayton, take US-35 east to the Fairfield Road exit. Turn right onto Fairfield Road. Marion's is on the right in about 1/2 mile. They give directions, with average speeds to maintain. if you maintain the speeds right, you will hit checkpoints at the right times. you get points for how far off time you are, and low score wins the average speeds are under posted speed limits you do get to have some fun though, take a wrong turn and you have to speed up to make up lost time Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
