Guest MX3Chick
This is being organized by a guy from www.club3g.com (3rd gen eclipses) Im just passing on the info if anyone is interested... http://home.insight.rr.com/xkaping77/ Please see the above website for complete info on the meet. At the request of several members I'm starting this thread a little earlier. The central ohio meet thread post earlier is not the same meet as this one. Right now the tentative date is Saturday, April 16th. I plan on doing the same thing as last year and having a cookout followed by football, volleyball, or whatever else people want to do. It will be at the same location as last year, Alum Creek Park. As I think of more info i'll post it up but for now mark your calendars for this meet so we dont have 3 states having meets on the same day like last year. Ok, I guess i'll start a list. Once we get a little closer to the meet we'll figure out who will bring what. *edit*(1/2/05) the meet will start around 1 like it did last year and will be at the same location. The park is located on the norhtern side of Columbus, Oh. i'm including a link to a map of the park. It will be at hte beach area in the southwest corner of the park. Everyone coming will need to bring something for the cookout (buns, chips, pop, etc.). there is no drinking at hte park so thats not an issue. we will have a list as to what we need for the cookout closer to the time so people can sign up. feel free to post up ideas of what we need to make sure we get everything. thats all i can think of for now. Alum Creek Map *edit*(1/7/05) ok, figure might as well get an idea of who will bring what so we dont have to worry about it last minute. what we need: hamburger and hot dog buns, hot dogs, pop/water, chips, charcoal, plates, and whatever else people can come up with for a cookout...sorry no beer allowed in the park. for those local we need ice, coolers and such. *edit*(2/9/05) since of lot of you are staying in cbus i'm going to be getting a keg. if you want to drink i'd would like you to pitch in $5 on the keg to help offset some of my costs in buying hte keg. *edit*(2/13/05) the food/supply list is now on hte site listed above
