Miller
I'm grabbing a new nose for my Firebird soon because when I bought my car it had a whole lot of nasty discrepancies on it. I'm just wondering if there is reason why I would be unable to put the nose that I got a picture here of on my 96 v6. They still had the same body style besides the nose basically, but the site I'm getting the nose from is asking whether I have the Formula, Firebird, or Trans. And personally I like the nose featured in their picture. http://i.b5z.net/i/u/509876/i/9397_firebird_front_bumper.jpg And this is the one I have here. http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/2/web/374000-374999/374964_14_full.jpg
SamZman
Well I can think of a reason.. it'll look retarded. smile.gif there is a v6 Bird driving around RBurg w/ a TA nose and it looks horrid. It looks all bulky and out of place because the nose doesnt match up with the fenders w/out ground effects. So you'd have to get the ground effects for the front.. then it would look odd w/out them all the way around.. http://drive.to/robs94ta/ You can kind of get an idea by looking a stock T/A.. That, and you don't want people confusing your car with a V8, do you??
Miller
I didn't care much the car was probably going to be swapped over the winter. Thank you for the input, I'm not looking for a body kit, so if it is necessary to save any grace in style, I'm probably going to just buy a replacement.
