Browning
I need to know if the damage done to my core support can be pulled out. I have never changed a core support before, and dont really want to. Anyhow, here are some pics of the core from each side. It is only bent in at the top, the bottom of the support is not bent. Notice the rope I have in the pics to show how bent it is. I was thinking if I were gentle enough, it could be pulled with a come-a-long? http://img237.echo.cx/img237/2879/core3ac.th.jpg http://img237.echo.cx/img237/3420/core29wk.th.jpg http://img237.echo.cx/img237/1092/core35mn.th.jpg
ridenred27
this may sound real hillbilly but use come a long and a tree to pull it out. i would not do this till you have the good parts so you have a refrence point wen you pull it. also use some wood to protect the flat edges of the core support, if not the camle will squeeze around the top and leave a indent were the cable was
