Need rust fixed and a detail, who to see?

I haven't posted here much, but I would REALLY appreciate some advice and reccomendations on a person or shop with lots of experience that will do a really good job.

I want to get these 4 spots fixed (images below) as best as possible without replacing entire panels. I was quoted 300 labor, ~200 supplies to fix these by a shop of a friend of a friend, but it is a bit inconvenient at 2 hours away and I've been waiting a while to get my car up there.

I'm looking to pay the right price for a good job. I'd like to have it done before the 6th of june because I'll be going to a show. I don't plan to win a grand prize or anything but I'd like the car looking it's best. BTW, all clean cars/trucks/motorcycles are welcome (no rice please), and we will be heading to the track after the show. I will update the meets section on a post I made some time ago.

Anyways, what do you guys think is a reasonable price, and who do you reccommend? I'd travel up to an hour, but closer is obviously preferred. The car also needs some detailing to remove swirl marks and oxidation, but I've planned to polish (non abrasive) and wax it myself afterwards. I'd love to get everything done at the same place if possible. I'm off all week until next tuesday, so I can take it just about anywhere anytime to be looked at.

Thanks guys!

Driver's side booboo on the sideskirt. Panel is dented a bit too but it's hard to see.

Booboo must have lead to this...

PM AudiOn19s, I know he does detailing, but may not be able to do the rust fix.

I know there are a few welders on here (Tinman gets good reviews), but if you do that you're going to have to repaint.
