Guest Tony_K
I have a friend (a very non-car guy) who needs the exhaust repaired on his 91 Prelude. The intermediate pipe bends to the car's right side toward the back, and there is a cup/flange connector to the muffler pipe on the right side near where the rear suspension arm mounts. It is broken at this joint. He does not have money for and does not want a new exhaust system. I told him I'd hop on here and see if anyone wants to just weld in a small section of pipe that will put the two ends back together. Doesn't even have to have a joint. The diameters might different, so might need an adapter pipe. Just looking to seal it up, nothing else. Car is not worth any more money or trouble. My tools are up in Cleveland and I don't have the time, anyway. So who can do this for him at fair price for labor and material? ASAP would be good. PM or email me and I'll give you his number.
