I saw a base Citation a couple weeks ago, but the X-11s have been few and far between! It was a 2.8 v6 if I remember right. one of my buddies had a nice looking one back in 87 until his older brother wrapped it around a phone pole drunk. Not a bad hatch for a mid 80's domestic.
