To make a long story short, how many notaries are out there?

 

Bro bought a car out of state, got the title, but the dude he bought it off forgot to get it norarized (but signed it). So it's signed and ready to be notarized, just needs the stamp so he can get the title switched to his name and get the tags, etc.

 

Anyone out there help?

i had this problem the other day. I went over to the license agency on bethal and the chick embossed it for me. They are not supposed to but it's all in how you ask.

I'm a retard. I thought the notary signed it but didn't stamp it. That was my problem.
