Guest blackz Posted October 23, 2002 Report Share Posted October 23, 2002 The reason people are blowing up the 2.2's is because the stock compression is like 10:1 or 10.5:1 which under boost will go up to the 11.5 or so region. Anything more than that w/ just pump gas and you will blow it up. Change the compression and internals($$$$) and you can run more boost. As far as install I recommend vizzion power systems(http://www.vizzionpower.com). They are in IN, but they will get it on there for you for a price.
