Berto
i came accross someone selling a superchip ECU for the ol accord, its 75$ if i pick it up, i went to the site and its supposedly a gain of 13 hp and 15 torque, it messes with like timing at different throttle points and such requires at least 92 gas. do you guys think its worth it? the ECU is just so damn cheap! Renner
For $75, I doubt they did much at all. They probably just stepped up the base value for the load graphs. Meaning, they just richened it up a little all the way across the board. Be sure and get before and after dyno numbers, so you can get your money back when you don't gain any power. Science Abuse
ehhhh, I'm leary of superchips. All they do is crank shit up. Quite a few guys with Tbirds that ran them ate their tranny's because the "harder shifts" came for increased line pressure, nothing more. Luckily, the fell who designed our computer is available, not sure about Honda though. lol $75 is cheap though, give it a try.
