SupraGlue
Anyone got one that I could borrow for a day or so? I've already got an air compressor, so I'd just need the tool. Muchas gracias.
street pilot
no I dont.. but I always use the oil in the cylinders with a compression tester method, I dont know how exact you are trying to be here...
Dave1647545494
are you looking for the tool you screw into the sparkkplug hole to put compressed air into the cylinder? I've got one of those.

Cool, thanks man. smile.gif I'm also going to be doing valve seals here within the next few days (whenever the parts get here) so if I can borrow that, that would be great. Don't know if I'll make it out to H00ters tonight -- I think that the girlfriend will call dibs on my evening. I should be able to tell a little bit about how much it's leaking down by just pressurizing the cylinder, rigging up a fitting with a gauge to it, and timing the pressure loss with a stopwatch. All I'm trying to do is get a general idea about how healthy the rings are. The battery is out and I have most of the wiring harness unplugged, so a conventional compression test won't work right now.
