Drunkendubber
I was wondering where a decent and reletively inexpensive place to get the a/c on a '92 BMW recharged. any help would be sweet. Thanks, Kyle G.
Rotarded1647545491
If the system is R-12, it will not be inexpensive! If it is R-134, you should be able to find someone other than a BMW dealership to charge it for about $75.

CornerCarver
You can go to just about any auto store and convert it to R34 or what ever the new one is. It comes in a little kit. And you can probably do it cheaper then finding someone to recharge the old system.
Berto
i did the conversion on my accord, i thik the kit was like 40 bux, and it comes with the134 shit u need too, the only thing is, if you want it done right you "should" take it somewehre to get everything drained out of the system. Guest fastdriver
Its Fairly Simple to do the conversion. I did in the Parking lot on my Mazda323 and left with cold Air . I say try its 40 bucks for the oil and stuff you need you also need a Valve Stim puller which they dont tell you. Makes sure you do it on the right side and not wrong like i did. If you have anyquestions pm me I have done a few Conversion with no problems yet
